What is a Private Membership Association (PMA): Defined

There is a very useful legal organization called a Private Membership Association (or PMA). These are useful to reclaim your sovereignty over your personal life and business operations, and opt out of unapproved rules, regulations, mandates, health rules, mask mandates, health dept. dictates, unapproved legislation that came from a gov’t organization with a three-letter acronym, and more.

There are ones for education, business, property, ministry (not necessarily religious), and health/medical. There are others for businesses, and then you opt out of ALL gov’t regulations like quotas, mask mandates, requirements.

And there is a way to put your house ownership into a PMA. The owner would opt out of all city and state local taxes. This would prevent unlawful seizure.

For instance, if the city or state property taxes are unpaid on a house that is 100% owned by someone, it could still be seized. This is happening to seniors in California right now. Not fair. I mention this because the lectures from Klaus Schwab the World Economic Forum has said (as a goal) “You will own nothing, and you will be happy.”

Do you like this plan?

The education PMA allows you to decide how to educate your own children without any more government interference, like testing of homeschool kids, counting homeschool hours, mandating kids stay in school until 18 (when they have most of their energy from 17-25), mandatory GED testing, etc. [This is especially important with the start of the SEL learning program that includes complete sexual education and the controversial Critical Race Theory, that shames current kids for past abuses by white people. Read more here.]

For instance, there is a standard homework amount based on grade level. Why? What good is that? Parents have things that they need to teach at home, too. Cooking, cleaning, financial lessons, yard work, time to talk about morals…

It costs from $1500-2500 to form a PMA. I don’t know how long it takes.

And the non-profit 501c3 organizational structure contains a prohibition against free speech by clergy in churches. Is that OK? We need someone to be helping us out here! If someone has a PMA, but then claims this 501c3 status, then they are put back under the law and all its restrictions. So watch out for that!

This information came from a group called Keep Colorado Free and Open. They have a website and a page on MeWe.com and Telegram (social media app for phones and computers), plus elsewhere.

So think about using a PMA whenever you want to take government out of your personal life.
