Returns

You may return physical items that are in some way damaged, and receive a replacement item. Returns can’t be issued for any digital download products, because the customer has been given the file itself.

Refunds

Physical items that are damaged in some way will be offered a return. I can’t issue a refund for damage through the shipping – for instance, if the lotion bar melts in the hot mailbox.
