Bill H.R. 5816– just introduced into the House of Representatives– seeks to halt the dramatic overreach of all government and non-governmental groups (like theatre groups! stores!) who feel like they have the right to legislate many rules about your body, medical requirements, and restrict your Constitutional rights to full freedoms – like travel anywhere – without any discussion or agreement on our part.

National Informed Consent Exemption (NICE) Act
This bill restricts the federal government and federally funded entities from mandating that U.S. citizens receive a vaccination or a test for an infectious disease in order to participate in federal programs or activities such as travel. It also specifies that laws, regulations, or policies that discriminate on the basis of a citizen’s vaccination status are unenforceable, subject to limited exceptions.
The bill establishes a national vaccination exemption that may be exercised by any individual, including on behalf of the individual’s children or dependents. Further, the bill prohibits vaccinating a child without the consent of each parent or guardian. One parent or guardian may consent if the other parent or guardian received, at least three days prior, written notice of the child’s vaccination appointment.
The bill’s provisions do not apply (1) to lawfully incarcerated or institutionalized individuals, (2) to a specific individual subject to an individualized court order that meets due process protections, or (3) during declared emergencies if the jurisdiction’s governing authority formally applies to the President for an exception to the national vaccination exemption that meets specified standards.
An aggrieved individual may enforce the bill through a private right of action. Additionally, an entity that provides false information to influence an individual’s decision about receiving a vaccine shall be liable for damages resulting from the vaccination.
The Surgeon General must establish an independent commission to evaluate the safety of COVID-19 vaccines and other vaccines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

What’s sad is that we needed this bill – All of these rights were supposed to already be part of our Constitutional civil rights.
Our family planned to send someone to Europe this summer. We saved for nine months – almost like gestating. It was a lot of money for us. I had never had the opportunity to travel overseas as a teenager as one of six kids in my birth family, so it was important to the group. The first summer COVID was in full lockdown. If anyone at any of the Greek tourist attractions had tested positive for COVID, it meant that everyone from all over the world would be spending their “vacation” quarantined for a full two weeks in a hotel room. There would be no viewing of any ancient monuments. Pass~
Fast forward to this year: The trip company’s restrictions, based on CDC recommendations, are prohibitive – including a PCR test before leaving and another before coming back. The rules are based on the CDC’s recommendations – we were legislated into lockdown without any representation. No Congress people, no state legislatures…. But wait, it gets worse (if that is possible):
The CDC is owned and funded by Big Pharma, according to reporter David Martin and the documentary PlandemicSeries.com.
This means that the people making the vaccines are also the ones setting the policy of vaccine mandates – restricting everyone’s civil rights in order to get worldwide customers. Now we need one for travel, for new jobs, to attend any college, for attending theatre events* (read the aggregious story below**), sporting events. What about theme parks?
Merck’s board added a ninth billionaire on its board last year in late Summer or Fall. That’s right – not millionaire, but a billionaire. Nine of them on the board. Can we agree that that is a LOT of money? They gained that much profit from selling vaccines.
And there isn’t just one shot, either. Now there are three, with talk of a fourth coming. People are slowing being funneled into submission and COVID vaccination by a series of harassing rules that interfere with your personal life to a high degree. People in my circle lost a job after receiving the offer letter, because they hadn’t had the shot. And this person had moved 2.5 hours north and bought a house to start this new life.
This covid vaccine is authorized for emergency use only, and the risks and outcomes are not known. This makes it a drug trial. And the Nuremberg Code (read full text here) started after we discovered that Nazi Germany had experimented through ghastly things on Jews and other people, prohibits medical testing of anyone without their full knowledge of the outcome, the risks, their freedom to participate or not, and more.
We now know that thousands have been hurt and killed by the vaccines, through the VAERS data (which is being lessened by someone, and is regarded as being underreported). There are many more injuries being reported by the US military, which it keeps it’s own data on soldiers. Videos online from Leigh Dundas, California human rights attorney, talk about the high numbers. (read “Medical Data” heading here, and in this video Dundas alleges that the US military numbers of vaccine injured is being lowered by someone.) Two airline pilots who got the vaccine due to mandates had to be grounded due to dizziness or other issues. They were not able to perform their job anymore. They are suing the US government.
Plus there are other people hurt by the medical interventions: I just heard of a 19 year old woman with Down’s Syndrome named Grace. Though previously living independently, the father alleges that his daughter was tied down and not allowed to walk to the bathroom, overmedicated until she had major medical issues, and then not helped due to the belief that she had a “Do Not Resuscitate” order on file. The young woman’s parents were on a video call with their other daughter, who was the sister’s medical advocate because the father had tested positive for Covid a few days prior and the mother had covid at that time, too. The parents were shouting to the nursing staff that there was no DNR, asking them to help their daughter. She had to watch her sister die that day. She sat there at her sister’s bedside for twenty minutes after that. You can read the full story here, which made me very sad the last two days.
And another man in an Arizona car crash (roll over) was sedated on site, and woke up in a hospital bed intubated for covid. He did not have a breathing issue, nor Covid. (See the Highwire television online for more)

Other Thoughts:
The PCR test creator never meant for this test to be used for screenings, and the levels are set so high that there are many false-positive tests. And then the PCR test creator died abruptly during the early COVID time of about 2020.
**Drama Groups Declare Bodily Sovereignty Over You in Fort Collins, Colorado:
I wanted to attend a theatre event here at the Lincoln Center, in Fort Collins, Colorado. I believe they receive public funding, but I haven’t confirmed that.
In the past two years, they required proof of covid vaccine (vaccine passport) before a person could enter the theatre. This creates a society of the franchised and disenfranchised – it segregates against everyone who doesn’t want to participate in the medical drug trial. And now, in April 2022, it gets “worser and worser” –
Now the Lincoln Center’s covid medical policy is this: every drama group who goes to perform at the Lincoln Center can set their own covid policy. That’s right – the people putting on Sense and Sensibility, or Alice in Wonderland, have bodily autonomy over YOU. The Open Stage show requires a vaccine passport (that’s German for “show me your papers”), and another one “strongly encourages masks.” So actors are now in charge of your medical civil rights, and telling YOU what to do.
