Ta da! Two New Services– I’m now offering food allergy menu consultations to restaurants owners. I can help you figure out where the common allergens are in all of your food items. Please help me spread the word.
Why Knowing Food Allergens in Menus are Important:
One in three people has a food sensitivity, and in children, one in 13 has a life-threatening food allergy. Roughly 33% of U.S. households manage a food sensitivity or severe food allergy, impacting 110 million Americans directly and indirectly (FoodInstitute.com).
I suggest ways to customize menu items, usually by leaving out or switching something, to avoid common allergies like dairy, wheat, soy, eggs. Then the restaurant owner can use this info to create a separate menu for food allergies, listing icons and modifications.

I am also offering rentals of air testing equipment for home use. The equipment runs $59 for a week, and tests for VOC, Carbon monoxide and dioxide, formaldehyde, propane methane, pm2.5 particles, pm 10 particles, and takes mold samples, too.
Health and clean air are super important. You shouldn’t be hampered by finances from knowing whether your air is clean or not. These testers are rentable at a fraction of the cost to buy them. Read more about the air testing details.
